We’re proud as punch to have been the brains behind one of the first Australian gluten-free mueslis - we launched our Pineapple, Macadamia & Quinoa gluten-free Muesli, many moons ago, back when we were selling at markets across Sydney. 

And these days our gluten-free family continues to grow, with the Paleo range of granola a gluten-free array of sensational breakfast goods heavy on nuts, seeds, grains and (of course) flavour. 

“Scott’s mum was a coeliac who was limited to granola and muesli that tasted like cardboard,” Sal explains of Farmer Jo’s initial foray into the world of gluten-free goodies. “We’ve always seen the need for gluten-free options that are delicious. And we always had people asking for it, whether in the (literal) marketplace or from our distributors - demand just continues to grow.” 

Farmer Jo was off to a strong start with our first gluten-free option the Pineapple, Macadamia & Quinoa gluten-free Muesli, a true tropical sensation which remains a recurring limited-edition flavour (lucky for you). “Customers are more and more aware of what they are putting into their bodies;” says Scott of gluten-free popularity. “People’s growing awareness of nutrition and health has led them to Paleo and gluten-free options.” Sal agrees; “These granolas and mueslis deliver on so many things nutritionally, not just in terms of flavour but in protein, fibre, and good fats. Not to mention I have so many more interesting gluten-free combinations to explore - I’m excited.”
