Is paleo granola the same as gluten free granola?

Not necessarily. Paleo granola is grain free and therefore doesn't contain gluten-containing grains. Gluten free granola, on the other hand, can still contain gluten free grains such as certified gluten free oats. Farmer Jo's Paleo Granola is both grain free and gluten free.
