For Lizzie, porridge has always been more than breakfast. It stretches back to her first food memory of a bowl finished with cream and brown sugar on a country stovetop, through to quiet winter morning rituals. Inspired by her love of custard in all its forms, and her apple and marmalade crumble from Home Food, this is her perfect bowl of porridge.

Lizzie first discovered Farmer Jo years ago, lining up for steaming bowls in the backstreets of Surry Hills, warming her hands on the walk to work. Collaborating on this blend feels like a dream come true.
