Packed with protein | Naturally sweetened | Perfect for snacking on the go

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups Farmer Jo granola (choose your fave)
  • 2 scoops Chief Collagen Protein (unflavoured or vanilla)
  • ½ cup @byronbaypeanutbutter (smooth or crunchy)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber & omega-3s)
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional, for a hint of indulgence)

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. The mixture should stick together—if it’s too dry, add a touch more peanut butter or honey.
  2. Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Enjoy straight from the fridge or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
