This delicious recipe is super quick and one of many learnt whilst doing Veet's Vegan Cooking School. Use this as your basic recipe and experiment with adding your favourite fruits and flavours.
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup
Process or blend the nuts until they are fine then add the other ingredients. Press into a paper-lined tray or dish, I like to use a smaller size baking dish so the chocolate is chunky (about 1.5cm thick) and put in the freezer for a few hours to set.
A great dessert to pre-make for parties and keep in the freezer. Sprinkle with some edible rose petals and I also used some Farmer Jo raw paleo muesli (of course) to make it Oh So Fancy.
