2 cups Farmer Jo Raw Muesli (we used green apple for these ones)
1 egg, beaten
100g butter, melted
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Prepare baking trays by lining them with baking paper.
In medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add in melted butter and stir together with a spoon. Add the egg, then combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Roll mixture into balls approximately 2cm in diameter and place onto lined baking trays. Squish balls down slightly to form discs. The cookies will not spread much during baking so you can put them quite close together.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
