Breakfast Cookies
Feat. Paleo Raw Muesli
Paleo, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free & Refined Sugar Free
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 1 cup Paleo Raw Muesli
- 1/2 cup Xylitol
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Chis Seeds
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt (we like Murray river flake salt)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius, line a baking tray with baking paper
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix thoroughly until it all comes together into a dough
- Form balls from 2tbsp of dough
- Press flat onto tray
- Bake for 16-18 minutes
- Cool completely on tray
- Store in a sealed container
