Makes roughly 14 cookies

Breakfast Cookies
Feat. Paleo Raw Muesli

Paleo, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free & Refined Sugar Free

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • 1 cup Paleo Raw Muesli
  • 1/2 cup Xylitol
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Chis Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (we like Murray river flake salt)
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius, line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix thoroughly until it all comes together into a dough
  3. Form balls from 2tbsp of dough
  4. Press flat onto tray
  5. Bake for 16-18 minutes
  6. Cool completely on tray
  7. Store in a sealed container
