Christmas Bliss Balls

Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free & Refined Sugar Free


This recipe has a universal base, you can then add your chosen flavour to create the delicious balls of your choosing


Universal Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Almond Meal
  • 1 ½ cup Desiccated Coconut
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Powder
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Nectar
  • ½ tsp Salt (we like Murray river flake salt)
PLUS Jaffa Ingredients
  • 1 cup Farmer Jo Cacao Nibs Muesli
  • Zest from 1 orange
  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • Extra Cacao Powder for rolling
PLUS Macadamia + Coconut Ingredients
PLUS Raspberry + Cranberry Ingredients
Method
  1. Combine base recipe with chosen flavor variation ingredients in a food processor
  2. Process until comes together in a dough
  3. Roll bliss balls in the chosen flavour coating
  4. Store in a container in the fridge for up to a month or freezer for 3months

* To make your own Raspberry powder – using a dehydrator, spread 500gm packet of frozen raspberries onto a tray and dehydrate at 42ºC for 24hrs. Then once dry place them into a blender and blend until a fine crumb is formed. Keep in a container in the fridge
