Christmas Bliss Balls
Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free & Refined Sugar Free
This recipe has a universal base, you can then add your chosen flavour to create the delicious balls of your choosing
Universal Base Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Meal
- 1 ½ cup Desiccated Coconut
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Powder
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Coconut Nectar
- ½ tsp Salt (we like Murray river flake salt)
PLUS Jaffa Ingredients
- 1 cup Farmer Jo Cacao Nibs Muesli
- Zest from 1 orange
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- Extra Cacao Powder for rolling
PLUS Macadamia + Coconut Ingredients
PLUS Raspberry + Cranberry Ingredients
Method
- Combine base recipe with chosen flavor variation ingredients in a food processor
- Process until comes together in a dough
- Roll bliss balls in the chosen flavour coating
- Store in a container in the fridge for up to a month or freezer for 3months
* To make your own Raspberry powder – using a dehydrator, spread 500gm packet of frozen raspberries onto a tray and dehydrate at 42ºC for 24hrs. Then once dry place them into a blender and blend until a fine crumb is formed. Keep in a container in the fridge
